What is Eliray jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is made primarily with 18K gold plated stainless steel, with freshwater pearls, zircon and natural stones featured in select designs. You can find the specific materials used in each piece on its product page.
Can I wear my jewellery in water?
Our pieces are made for everyday wear and are water resistant. An occasional shower is fine, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to pools, salt water and harsh chemicals to keep your jewellery looking its best.
How does personalization work?
Personalization options are shown directly on each product page. Depending on the design, you may be able to choose a letter, zodiac sign, stone colour or other detail. Some pieces are available exactly as designed and cannot be personalized.
Please check your selections carefully before placing your order, as personalized pieces are made according to the options you choose.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Natural stones and freshwater pearls naturally vary in colour, shape and texture, so no two will be completely identical. These small variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Where is Eliray jewellery made?
Our jewellery is designed and handcrafted in Canada using carefully sourced components. Each piece is assembled in small batches or made to order, depending on the design.
How long does it take to make my order?
Personalized pieces are made to order and are typically ready to ship within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $75 CAD. For orders under $75 CAD, shipping is a flat rate of $12.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started making your piece yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Can I return my order?
Personalized pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Ready-made pieces can be returned within 15 days of delivery as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it somewhere dry when you’re not wearing it and wipe it gently with a soft cloth as needed. Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine and other harsh chemicals.
